METALMICRON bases its quality system on criteria derived from ISO 9001 standards, which have been appropriately revised and adapted to our specific production environment through the procedures outlined in the Corporate Quality Manual.

The entire METALMICRON staff is fully committed to ensuring the quality of the service provided at every stage of the process. Product quality is verified through numerous inspections that allow us to monitor each phase, comparing the manufactured component with the specifications required by the project.

The frequency and type of inspections are defined during the pre-production phase by setting up control plans, which are updated according to the needs identified during production. The quality control of our products is carried out using the best bench equipment, complemented by two Nikon profile projectors, an OGP TELESCOPE manual optical measuring machine, a Keyence IM6225 automatic optical measuring system, an ALPA roughness tester, and a hardness tester.

With the support of cutting-edge instrumentation and software, we are able to perform specific checks using statistical process analysis (XR - XS Control Charts, Capability CP and CPK), allowing us to intervene before the production process deviates from the project specifications, ensuring timely corrective actions.

All measuring instruments are verified by accredited calibration centers.
