RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND THE ENVIRONMENT
METALMICRON promotes innovation in production processes with a continuous effort to improve the human-environment relationship. The entire company is equipped with an air conditioning system. To heat and cool the air in our facility, we primarily use heat pumps, which allow us to minimize atmospheric emissions. Our 147.8 kW photovoltaic system covers a significant portion of our energy needs. All our products comply with various environmental regulations (EU RoHS, EU REACH SVHC, SCIP, TSCA, etc.).
SAFETY
All products and semi-finished materials used in our production process must be provided with a safety data sheet. For the purchase and design of new equipment and machinery, or upgrades to existing ones, we collaborate with external consultants who are members of (ripetizione) the relevant professional registers or associations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Our modern machinery, designed to be progressively quieter, helps reduce noise emissions. For older machines, the company has implemented upgrade strategies to improve both safety and noise reduction.
OUR VALUES
